基于非共价功能化氮化硼纳米片(NF-BNNSs)合成具有优良热导性和化学性能的人造珍珠母片

氮化硼纳米片具有许多优良的性质:禁带宽度较宽、抗氧化性较强、化学惰性较强,绝缘、表面积较大、热导率较高,引起人们的广泛关注,但是如何把这些优良的性质应用到工业产品,仍是一个挑战。深圳先进技术研究院的X. Zeng等用非共价功能化氮化硼纳米片和乙烯醇(PVA)通过真空保护自组装法合成了具有优良的热导率和化学性能的人造珍珠母片。PVA分子长链通过氢键连接NF-BNNSs,从而使NF-BNNSs和PVA传统有序地分布,使其抗张强度几乎和珍珠母一样,达到125.2 MPa,并且韧性比珍珠高出30%,达到2.37 MJ m-3,导热率可达到6.9 W m-1K-1,未来可作为便携式电子产品的基板。该文章发表于Nanoscale,2015,7,6774.
